All orders are shipped from San Diego, CA.

Expect shipping delays during the holidays. 

Standard Packages are usually delivered in 3-7 days within the United States. You will receive an email with your tracking information once we ship your package.  

GOOD NEWS! We now ship to Canada, Australia and Spain.

Standard Packages are usually delivered in 10-20 Business days to Canada, Spain and Australia.  We are unable to guarantee arrival of your packages within timeframe based on customs at each country.  You will receive an email with your tracking information once we ship your package.  

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by mail carrier
• LOST OR STOLEN items
• Undelivered packages due to invalid or old address provided by the customer
• We will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation
